Has anyone found a replacement for the needle bearing on the driver side front differential?
If so do you have the Part # or know where I could get it?
    Thanks in advanced.

ECGS bushing. Many people here have done it.

ECGS stands for East Coast Gear Supply. The bushing is their innovation. It requires a special tool to remove the old bearing. There are always TW members that loan out the tool on marketplace.

Pretty much mandatory in my experience. Some people decide to argue with their dealer instead and the results range from being blown off to getting the needle bearing replaced with another needle bearing (no improvement) to full differential replacements (still has the shitty bearing) I’ve got maybe 170k on my bushing and it’s still quiet.

Yeah, do a search here, there's a lot of information about it.
