Yeah, i guess its the rears turn. The front has been great since it was replaced for the same reason.

My rear has oil in the line. ECGS solution is to install the purge valve.

I went through that one already and have the purge valve. it does keep the oil from walking up the line to the compressor if like mine, yours is in the engine bay. Keeps the mess way down. I have a plastic bottle tucked in the frame to catch the oil and to purge into. So it just moves the problem but it does provide for a cleaner engine bay.

In fact, I thought the issue currently was with the purge valve so I actually have 2 on hand since I called them and asked for a replacement

Yes sir all is well! Truck is ok...has it's issues but keeps on trucking. Oh yeah FYI if anyone has failed u-joints and your truck is 12 years or less years old then Toyota will replace them. Not sure if labor is included in that but the part is for sure. I found that out recently from a guy at RR Toyota when I was picking up errol filters and asked about the cost of U-joints and PN's.

Howdy y’all. New member here, but I’ve been lurking for a while. I am definitely glad to see so many of us in the ATX area. Can’t let the Teslas win that easily.

Quick question: Is Hidden Falls pretty busy on the weekend? What is the best time/day to go out there?

    Gratuitous Tacoma shot:

I lurk from about as far sound as one can be and still be within the city limits--Circle C area. I've seen quite a few Tacos prowling around here. I've wondered if any are on TW.

I’m on the southwest side too, and often zip through the Circle C area as a shortcut down Slaughter to get to 290. I’m in the Slaughter/Manchaca area.

If you ever find yourself down this way - hit Valentina’s for brisket. It’s legit.

Be at the gate at five till 8 Saturday morning and probably be a few rigs already lined up to come in.

Stop at JJs in Lago for tacos, call in ahead of time for grab and go.

Edit: nice truck & welcome

 I just finished up at Silicon Labs. My next project starts January 2nd in the Frost Bank Tower for PIMCO. Been a very busy year for me. Work hard and play hard.

Thanks Chris. Thought of you after taking this photo Tuesday. Reminded me of the shots you take after completing a suspension install:

Thanks for the shock rebuild @Texoma

Took me a little while to figure how to get the lower shock bolt lined up but truck is rolling again. I have no idea how I did it 11 years ago...
