I've never appreciated bumpstops as much as I do after today when coming down hard off a ledge without one.

Big reason I got the oem hitch for the tundra is because it sits like 4” higher up and behind the bumper unlike
The aftermarket ones. And well removing it all together defeats the purpose of this truck to me

    What about it?

the green ones a show truck when it’s done. W/e I do with the old frame will be the toy. Not many places to wheel around here (other than silver lake dunes and badlands down by @what road ). So I’m just patiently waiting for a cab with a title to start building a LT taco...

The heeps not titled or anything. But it’s technically trail ready. I did take it to
Badlands a month ago for a shake down. Still not lights or anything but it’s moving and stopping under its own power... I just work on it when my uncles around since, we’ll it’s originally his project he likes to be involved

Meh. If I find a cab it will happen fairly quickly (once I have funds to buy the stuff I need) I’m not shooting for perfection like I am with the 01. Notice the tundra was quick. Because, yes I’m meticulous with it, but I’m not sitting there building it from the ground up and torquing every bolt, paint marking everything, and etc.
