Do bed lights come on when you go near the truck?

    BTW. What makes you think the lock detection in the diagram is the keyfob proximity and not the door switch?

    What makes you think that? Read again what wrote.
    The detection is via the antennas of the system. Once the unlock is activated the door unlock switch provides a signal. This so the circuits tied to the doors unlock "wake up" before any door is opened.

    The diagram is showing the door switch and the bed light. Not the proximity detection. This thread is about bed light with proximity detection.

    We know proximity detection is tied to interior light.
    We know door switch is tied to interior light.
    We know door switch is tied to bed light.
    We know lock and unlock is also tied to both lights.

    But that does NOT mean that proximity is connected to bed light. And the circuit provided does not show that. As you noted the wake up is different to the unlock signal.

    Then before you leave can you please tell everyone how to enable this feature?

    BTW the video you posted was interior light trigger from lock and unlock. The proximity triggering of the interior light is very different. Your not confusing the two are you?
