That would be a fun toy. They have a blower, but usually i do it super late/early so can't wake the neighbors. They have enough things to do so usually on a big storm i clear it out before they wake so they don't have to worry about it

 

2# of that and 2# of the pork liver kind. I have it thawing out in the fridge now. I will post up a report when I cook it this week

Mornin/afternoon. Ended up throwing the butt on last night before bed. She’s sitting at 163 now getting ready to be wrapped

So I spoke with someone from the post office (same person I spoke to last time actually) about my carrier and his ridiculous notes. I told her I’d be checking my mail once a day and she goes (jokingly) “you have to check it 3-4 times a day, didn’t you know that.” It sounds like our carrier has been getting complaints about excessive note leaving and she is going to have his supervisor talk to him about it

I like the mom & pop BBQ places. Especially the ones that have the sign on the door open till there out of BBQ.
