    So I think I understand now. So when afr is at .999 it reads off that map and when it’s at .821 it reads off that map correct? So it depends on how lean or rich your fuel is?

    With these tunes:
    Throttle limits, Primary shifts, and ETC shifts have been DIALED IN. (IMO, nearly perfect.)

    These tunes have the most aggressive tip in that I found able to be daily driven. On the +PWR file, ETC still has an uber aggressive tip in. ETC upshifts 1, 2, and 3 rev out more than the primary maps, and 4th gear has been raised to shift into 5th at approximately 60. Truck won't bother shifting into 6th until after 70.

    On the +GL file, the super sensitive but still manageable tip in is the same for both Drive, and Gear Lock modes to ensure the throttle doesn't feel any different between the two maps.

    @Hank_Mille I pulled my camper (5,800 #s) with the +PWR tune and ETC on. The snappy tip in was very manageable with the extra weight behind me.

    Files are both for Regular Octane, Stock Gears, and 33" tires. 04B04 ECU ID.

    They're pretty solid right now. Only thing I wish was better is the MPGs...but performance and better MPGs don't go hand in hand, unfortunately. I get about 15-16 on the freeway.

    Are you using Cruise Control? That makes it worse.
    I drove 300 miles this weekend to Natchez and back. On cruise control there- 16.6mpg. Cruise control off on the way back- 17.8mpg.
    But—Mat just posted that we will be getting cruise control maps in Vftuner SOON, so we should be able to fix it.

    SCS 17x8.5 -10 offset. 285/70/17. Iron Man Foamcell Pro stage 2 set at 2.5". 4.88 gears. Rear E-locker. KDMax Tuned
    I copied a lot of the work done on these tunes but I left out the transmission shift changes and TC lockup changes. Mainly, I didn't want to dive into logging transmission temps yet and I'm nervous about the transmission. I also only made the initial changes to acceleration throttle request to airload. I'm not sure how much the majority of these modifications actually made huge changes to the 2.0 base tune, but the ACIS tweak is way better. Passing on the highway gives you a downshift into power instead of right below the power. The power delivery isn't as crazy either. I plan on trying to lower it another 100-200rpm just for giggles even though Matt has seen a sweet spot above 3400. The drivability is just so much better that I want to see what I can get away with. Nothing is new here but I figured I would give some feedback if anyone was on the fence.
    Here is the list of what I copied:
    ACIS Activation RPM High Engine Speed – 3400
    Control & Expected Airflow per OVTune
    Accelerator – Acceleration Throttle Request to Airload
    - All but last 2 columns *125
    - Smoothed 450 to 650 only (Ctrl+I)
    Throttle Management – Throttle Limit Normal Gear
    - Gears 1-6 (except last 3 values) *125
    - Same for S gears 1-6
    1st Gear Throttle Limit – all to 100
    1st Gear Throttle Limit 4 High – all to 100
    Torque Calculated Base to Full Throttle – all to 5000 from 4000

    Anyone have luck with lowering the cruise control minimum speed activation? I set mine to 10 but still only allows me to activate at 25 mph

    Yep these guys are rocking it. I was going over my tune today and yesterday comparing it to MD_Perf+Pwr_Premium.vft and today I found myself copying some of the shifting tables over, then a little here, and a bit there. I originally started on it this morning because my 4 to 5 shift was still too soon. I also noticed my throttle limits needed to be a bit higher to get more pedal response. After a bit I just started thinking, maybe I should just load their tune instead and add my AGM settings :laughing:

    Negative. It was rather hill-y on my trip. When I do more local flatter trips on the freeway I'll report back. I do have some heavy ass MT tires so that contributes as well..

    Do these have the 1st gear power enhancements? I am currently running 19770 and want to take the plunge and try VF Tuner. These new tunes with premium fuel will probably be enough for me to try it out. I was going to wait for the 2.0 final with map switching, but am encouraged reading the progress that the VF Tuner community has made with OVTUNE’s assistance.
