MESO Total Tail Light Kit

I doubt they’re as good a quality as the VLEDs used in the TTL 1 kit.

 

I thought the stage 1 were meso's own sourced bulbs and stage 2 were vleds?

 

Well I doubt they are either but they’re not 70$ a pair. Matches my TTL very nicely though

 

I never liked that because the reverse lights are supposed to communicate that the vehicle is or about to move in reverse. In reality it's just some Dad unlocking his car 4 aisles away so his demon spawn can crawl into the back before he gets there.

 

So, just installed the total tail light stage 1 and found that for some reason my driver side reverse light isn’t working. I tried switching the led’s but same thing happened. Ha this happened to anyone? Also, noticing the hyper flash for only reversing and signaling passenger side. Is that normal too? Shouldn’t it hyperflash on both lights if anything???

Swap the harness over. Reverse signal might not be making it though. I’ve had times where it was hyperflash only on one side but typically the driver side(my theory is less wiring to drivers side vs passenger)

 

Any idea of lumen output for the new stage 2 switchback? I have already have v6 triton for brakes with the stage 1 kit. If offered separately when available I just need the new switchbacks.

 

mine this did this on initial install. Reverse turn signal on passenger side. I turned the truck off and when I turned it back on it went away. No idea how or why but no hyper flash anymore.

 

Me and VLED are collaborating and testing new stage 2’s as we speak.

 

I recorded a video of the passenger turn signal hyper flash in reverse. Definitely interesting.

Super nice to have C brake lights and amber turns. I feel complete now. At least as far as my tail is concerned.

 

Will these be plug and play without any modification to the taillight housing?

 

Are the 4 red led bulbs the same for V1 & V2 stage 1 kits?

I know the switchback ones are different just wondering about the red ones

Just installed yesterday, easy as could be. No problems except the turn signal/reverse hyper flash. Looks amazing and the build quality is top notch. Worth every penny!

@MESO Any chance either of the Total Tail kits are going to be included in the massive restock you mentioned on IG? If so, are they going to be available at the same time the flip fobs drop?

For some reason people never check his vendors
