Yeah, the 3.73s didn't do my last one any favors at speed. This one has 3.55s and the boost comes on a little higher in the rev range, so I'm wondering if it'll do about the same or even better on the highway.

Nope I mean infiniti seeing as from 2011 on it has been produced in Japan. The patrol I don't even think is offered in Japan. I guess I should have said JMV.

I'm pretty sure two factor authentication saved me on a bank account. Got a verification text from my credit union with a code to complete a login yesterday. I didn't think I had actually logged into the credit union account, but given I was logging into credit cards to pay them I didn't think much of it. I figured I maybe absent mindedly loaded that page and clicked log in without realizing it.

Well, I got another today at work and I most definitely didn't log in today so I changed the password to be safe. As annoying as 2FA is, I am going to make sure it's on for every card and account now!

Going to just find a used one to put into it? Seems like that's the best way out if you're considering trading the truck soon anyway.

Don't tempt me...I already want to trade in for the extended cab anyway! That's near enough what my 2.5L Mazda got. Didn't help that I was the driver.

    :burnrubber:

:( that blows. I knew that GM was decent engine/rough history for transmission, but not that bad. Sorry man! Was there any sort of symptoms leading up to it/indications or was it a surprise??

Do you use Mint or anything like that? Every so often a bank or credit company will change their programming, and Mint's login protocols no longer line up. So you get an attempt to log in all the time.

I got the login ones from Amazon once, might have been twice. Easy enough for me, I use Keepass for my passwords, I just went in and changed the password from WEIFNWQEIFUN1234890@#(*)$%& to WILFBNWUI12398745!@#$*(&

Those are keyboard vomit, but yeah, keepass is the shit. I'm a fan.

Single cab for me. Not gonna tear up MOAB or pull @Pugga 's camper but it does all I need. Plus I got a good price on it as a turned in lease with 6600 miles. So far 113K.

That's the other thing, the 2.7 is already known to be bulletproof. I don't want to win races. And you'd be surprsied, they aren't the best once you add bigger wheels and tires, but stock in the trails (or near enough stock) the 4-cyl is a nice little engine out there. It won't do high speed stuff as good but the low end stuff, not bad!

....Now you have me tempted! I'll probably wait until the 'rona is calmed down a bit though, and MIGHT wait a few years - might move to texas, I'd rather buy a truck down there that hasn't been in the salt than buy one up here and then move it there with the salt already there.

Better off just going with a 3rz and doing supporting mods, they ran rev way out and is what the 2TR is based on

That's what they gave me to drive to MD and back. I was pissed! They started with a Ford Focus but, on the walk around, I found a good size bolt in one of the tires. They brought around Focus #2 and it had completely bald tires and I was driving into a big storm. So I got stuck with the purple PT Cruise POS. Worst car I've ever driven. What a miserable, gutless, ergonomically obnoxious vehicle!
Ouch, that really sucks! Good luck with everything
