Hi, so after a long talks with my wife and our family growing I think it’s best for us to sell the Tacoma and get a bigger vehicle (looking at 4Runner or tundra)

Truck is paid off. 3rd gen 2017 TRD OR 4x4 with 27k miles.

    Current install:
    Custom King 2.5 all around
    TC UCAs
    OME Leaf pack
    Ubolt flip kit
    Ray 10s (5 total 1 spare)17” -38 offset with 295 NRG tires
    Stoptech 6piston BBK with rotors
    Prinsu rack
    Roof wrapped
    Katzkin leather
    Bunch of misc. parts
Parts that I haven’t installed yet:
Nitro 5.29 gears with master kit
    Alpine designs cab mount relocate.
Meso BD4 with rock lights 3rd brake light.
    Factor 55 flatlink blue
    Suma performance wide angle mirrors
    600# king coils
    BD amber fog lights (used)
    Extra OEM Axles

debating if I should sell the truck as a whole or part everything out (leaning towards to partying everything out)

Anyways, what’s a fair price with all the installs or without the install?

trying to get an idea and ask the Tacoma professionals (you guys) before I start the process.

    thank you guys in advance.

Get it as close to stock as possible. Mods don’t add value

Plus you’re limiting your market cause a lot of buyers don’t want a molested truck.

I'd gut it, dealer wont give you anymore for trade, most buyers are gonna use the mods as an excuse to pay less or keep it at blue book, you'll get more return on your money swapping it back to stock for sure and selling the parts here, etc.

Sucks man I know and a PITA. But you should get some decent cash back on your nice suspension setup and the Rays. Plus you have the upper hand with crazy high resale right now if you can get a decent deal on a Tundra / 4Runner. Good luck!

thanks homie. Yeah putting everything back to stock is going to be a PITA. I told myself I’ll leave my next vehicle stock but we’ll see how that goes haha.

You will get the most out of it if you bring it to stock as much as you can. Mods 99% of the time de-value your truck, unless you get lucky and find someome who wants all those things.

That's why I bought my wife a Sienna and me a Tacoma. Usually, unless its just the kids and I we take the van on family trips. I'm usually the only one in the Tacoma. My advice considering what you have in the Taco and its paid off, just buy the wife what she wants (or what you want for her lol) and keep it. It seems you haven't skimped on your build, would be a shame to lose all that $$.

Not sure how big the family is, but two kiddos and a Taco is easy peasy. The best vehicle is for a young family is; a paid off, reliable, and safe IMHO

she has her own vehicle that we normally use when we go anywhere since our kid can’t barely fit in the back of my Tacoma lol

agree with everyone saying to bring the taco back to stock to make it more marketable. also, why not look for a used vehicle to complement the tacos shortcomings, instead of getting rid of an already paid for new truck?. used tundra, sequoia, 4runner, highlander etc. maybe even look outside toyota (ewww, dont)

Depends are you selling to private party or dealer . If private party I would sell as is . If dealer part it out they won’t give anything extra for mods .

yeah. It’s crazy but I have never bought a used vehicle before. All my vehicles were imports.

private party will be nice. The only downside is dealing with bunch of flakes wasting everyone’s time.

Private party won’t give you extra either unless they’re a Tacoma fanatic. Get it as close to stock as possible imho.

Wouldn't hurt to test the water and list it on here with the Mods. Better here (where people actually know the quality of parts) than listing it somewhere else, GLWS.
