Well, the hardest thing on my Putz list agenda is done. Replaced and rerouted the drip feeds for "winter".

The rest involves cleaning and sorting mostly until some stuff arrives from Amazon. Tough finding things that cost zero to accomplish but that's the budget until next month.

Done for the day. Showered, football and munchie time. 2 1/2 5 gallon buckets of "stuff" cut out of the old greenhouse set up; boiled down to this, and a bunch of useful tubing with no holes or splices (of the kind I like).

Afternoon gents. Been off the grid for a few days. Yes I am stoked about my cats Molly-whopping the Vols!
Been driving around San Antonio all day today trying to find some hard to find bourbon for a retirement gift for my pop. He is hanging up his badge next month and would love to give him a bragging piece to his bourbon collection but seems everyone here wants me to get on a merit list to even get a shot at a decent bottle.
    How’s everyone been?

Looked like a nice turnout for the run. I wanted to come so bad but already had plans to hit a property out in Vanderpool, TX for a kids ministry weekend. Of course snapped a photo of the truck too lol

apparently the same ones as everyone else!
I figure a nice bottle of stagg, wellers, or Pappy’s would make him grin from ear to ear. He’d never have a chance at those back home and for the cost they go for. Believe it or not just about anything nice that comes out of the Trace distillery is dang near impossible to get your hands on back home.

You can ask William at this place. https://www.miragespirits.com/
Finding a Pappy that has not been allocated will be hard.

thanks man. Should I call and ask for William? Or use their website special request? I don’t want to get him in trouble if I write the general email for special requests. I know how some places can be.

Well, here is our little friend from Wednesday night. Seems he was visiting a neighbor across the street, and he wasn't welcome.

    IMG_1355.jpg

Check out the maracas! He was about 4' long, and Carol estimated about 5" diameter. Say bye!

That's what I thought. Alaska is pretty big to be able to accommodate blizzards, earthquakes, and tsunamis in one week.

Thanks. Even though I can tell you very surrounded by no crowd, I still won't convince the wife! But sure looks purty, and Im glad it's back!
