LOL sounds pretty accurate. I used to commute to toronto before covid shut everything down. Really it's the only thing that concerns me. Not sure the next time I'll be parking it for a full day in the city but I'll update if the inevitable happens.

Got bored and made a little shelf in the bed, glued a cheapo carpet from home depot on to make it look decent.

and thats the extent of my "modding" this month :hattip:

Loving the energy towards the shelf, a lot of speculation going on so I'll clear the air:

Its the perfect width for traction boards to mount on top, rather than rail mounting, and keeps things slightly more organized (limes and rum on top, coconuts on the bottom).

It will also stop bigger things (bins/coolers) from sliding to the front of the bed when I have the tonneau cover.

Beer bench as a bonus benefit.

I can't wait to find a new rear tailgate so I can sit on it and drink beer. Right now that thing has the structural integrity of a soft tortilla.

I added a 3/16” aluminum plate to beef up the tailgate. Helped a bit and was flat which was nice.

Hoping that I can come across a pretty minty tailgate, once I have one that's actually flat I'll definitely be beefing it up with something.

Yeah I'd get that and the lip reinforcement as well. I once had a bigger guy step off the back and the tailgate buckled pretty hard. didn't help the overall form of the thing. I think that the edge one would be more important than the main but who knows.

My tailgate was already pretty compromised though. I'll post a pic if I can get away from my computer at all today.

Use the soft tortilla to make yourself a burrito...they go well with the beer. Then again what doesn't?
