Surprising that they ever let anyone drive to the arches/bridges in the first place to be honest

I believe a couple dirt bikers fell off while attempting to ride over them. Crazy spot

Yeah there are some spots where a lot of us were ok just "walking around"...

    Driving a Jeep up there?

    Fuck that noise.

Yeah Lion's Back is still closed to this day, it was purchased by some real estate developers in 2004 and no longer accessible to the public. I don't know if that's tied to the K5 Blazer accident on it or what, where it lost its brakes near the top and crashed down

When it was legal, the approach to the bridges took you across a pretty thin spot, to say the least. You would approach this spot from the right rear. Then do a 180 putting you on the inner span. 1st pic is from the inner bridge looking back at what you just crossed, gasp. Second pic is on the outer. The spans them selves did not seem risky at all.

Well I feel better about standing on that thin spot now, lol. We were all standing there and @Blue92 walks around to the other side and tells us 'you know that's a really thin overhang you all are standing on' me - *slowly backs off*

On our way back home yesterday Nelson and I stopped by the Chevron before hitting the road, the lady at the checkout inside told me that this past weekend was the busiest weekend at Moab she'd ever seen, and she's been there for years. Worse than the Jeep Jamboree weekends

Considering we still had a great time I think that's pretty awesome, camping outside of the actual park was probably why we didn't notice crazy crowds. Though the traffic going into town was pretty awful lol. Didn't take that long though

The guy behind me at the checkout said that he came last April and Moab was comparatively a ghost town, and the weather was still good. So if we do Moab again in the future it might be worth looking at an early Spring date

Although I don't want to even think about a drive that long for awhile...

Sand Hollow, Utah? About 6 hours, that's much more doable. Hell it takes me 6 hours just to get to the southern part of Northern CA lol.
