the adapter kit does the tranny to the pre taco case and the pre taco case to the factory box. so at that point might as well just do the adapter

 

silas's did. he chopped the door hinge right to the bolt but it still fit

That's what I mean...get a junk yard tcase then just he adapter for it..likely the cheapest option.

 

the adapter for that is $525, the adapter kit for both is 750...if i can find a t case in a junk yard, rip it out, and install it in my truck in less than a day its worth it. if not, im not going to spend 3 days fucking around with pulling putting another mini truck case to put it in my truck so i can save $200 on another adapter

 

That's probably why his wheels can still turn all the way and don't end up buried in the frame

Where theres a will theres a way, however I don't have any will yet. When I blow up a front diff it'll manifest into will though.

 

I mean..yeah there is. few options.

1) retrofit a 2nd gen diff in there. PLENTY of dudes rocking 35s/37s with those with go fast trucks. No major problems. It is do able as we have seen.

2) center custom diff...yeah Im not doing that. But is an option!

 

I honestly didn't think it was intentional. That would have to be fixed if it was mine, I just figured you took a blind guess on wheel specs and lost the draw. Now that I know it was what you were striving for I'll drop it.

 

There are always options for people who can fabricate or can pay to have things fabricated.
