    Thanks for the info.

Looking at it, it would seem like the rate of motion would increase and then decrease (if it can articulate that far), while stock only decreases. So a larger range of articulation, but also a changed dynamic rate of articulation. Makes sense for what you described above.

So far, I’m actually loving the way it handles with the flip, and my Dakar HDs. I was worried about the same thing- but so far I absolutely love it. I figured if it wasn’t the functionality I wanted, I’d change for hammer hangers.

Mobile 1 full synthetic. I run seafoam in there every couple oil changes too. However, I'm at only 49k miles, I'm sure that has something to do with it lol

Sooo nice! Great pic! What wheels are those?

Looking through this thread it looks like many people commented. Curious if you got any other mods in mind? Haha

They are SCS F5s. Only additional upgrade will be a set of Bilstein 6112 coilovers to replace the well used OME set.

Finally have a solid mount for my hi-lift that will work with the softopper. I had to cut the Jack down by 6 inches so the bed stiffener had clearance.

Also the subaru tweeter mod made a noticable difference to treble along with the sound deadening. Nice improvement without going crazy with expensive speakers. I still need more sound deadening to quite the cab from the tires.

About to head to CO tomorrow morning from TX so I'll get a good feel for the difference.

Also put in the DesertDoesIt seat jackers. Feels better on the back already!

Got my bumper replacement parts all installed and reassembled the bumper and grille. Changed the oil, engine and cabin air filters, and installed the new headlights.

Had to cut away a pretty good chunk of the bumper reinforcement to get to the bolts to save and reuse the other piece it's attached to. That was a bitch.

Got my new FJ Cruiser Trail Teams wheels painted up, ended up going with VHT Satin Black. Gotta sand and touch up a bit, then just needs the clear coat.

This weekend is mounting the new wheels, getting them balanced, new brakes and rotors, spark plugs and outer tie rod ends. Oh, and alignment.

changed her eyeballs, after 2009K miles and 4 years of FL sun bleaching it was time for new ones as I've buffed the old ones so much they are starting to delaminate ROFL (got the wrong ones, but Turns out I love the flat black look vs the "black chrome" look for my truck

How common is a Tacoma reaching 200k? I got 116k and it would be awesome if it lasted that long

Take care of it and fix what goes wrong. They go way over 200k. Many with over 300k

Got my awning mounted to my roof basket with some brackets from ADF (Subaru shop of all places). This way when I get home from camping I can pop four U brackets and lift the whole thing off the OEM rack and fold it up.
