FWIW, that's what I use on our fiberglass RV and it's worked well. If yours is too far gone to restore you might have success getting it coated with line-x.

They look really well made, but $$$

I'm shell shopping right now, and a fully optioned ARE Overland is about what these start at. The RSI are stainless steel though, which I like.

The RLD look really nice. If they were available when I bought my Alu Cab I think I would have gone with them. They are a bit heavier but seem more well made and are finished better. They also come with more standard options like the positive pressure vent. I ended up cutting a hole and installing a positive pressure vent because the dust in the back was so bad.

edit I meant RLD not RSI

Got a link for the vent you installed? Ran into that issue last week at Death Valley with my newly installed shell

One of these vents. Super low profile so it still can be open with my tent on top. Opens either way and has a nice water tight seal when it’s closed. I get essentially zero dust in the back now.

No dust through the vent without a filter?

Dust will come through the vent if you’re in a convoy following other people but that’s pretty rare for me.

Went for a drive all the way through red rock and popped out on 395 north of the portola junction to check out the hills from this summers fires. With all the windows down, the back slider open, and the sunroof open, you can almost pretend you're in a jeep without the top on.

Anyone with a rtt have a fitted sheet? In the market but Just had an unpleasant experience with 23zero which is the cheapest I could find a fitted sheet.

I bought mine from CVT and am not impressed. Over priced.

We have a set of Tepui that work very nicely. We bought them at TepuiFest at a hefty discount which made it bearable.

Hey, I recently moved to Reno. Can anyone recommend a reasonable gun safe mover in the area?

How far you have to move it, and how big is it?

It’s got some heft. Weighs about 900 lbs. Only need to move it a few miles. I bought it a few years back and put it in my dads house when Ca started ramping up their gun laws making most mine illegal.

If it's all on one level I've got a set of safe dollies that you're welcome to use. Let me know.

You're getting awfully close to Jeep envy. That might get you spanked around here.
