KTJO 4X4: no customer service

Anyone on here feel a lack of customer service from them? I feel like i am here and it scares me to spend $100+ on products where the company isn’t responding to my inquiries.

 

Thats part of why they are no longer here..

 

From what I have seen, I dont think anyone has been screwed, but the customer service is not really there. If you buy something, you'll get it.

And yea, She was banned for acting like a vendor without paying the vendor fees.

 

I believe it is still just herself doing everything. And the truck stuff is her side thing, she has her irl job also.
She came out with a lot of products a little too fast, that she couldn't keep up. Lots of emails, questions and inquiries came in by the truck load.

I personally haven't had issues.

Yeah, I ordered door bowl lights from her and got them fairly quickly. Saying that, I ordered something else from her but it hasn't shipped yet. Like everyone else is experiencing, it'll get here when it gets here.

In her defense: I did get a text message from an automated system saying the bowl lights had been shipped along with a tracking number from USPS.

 

I ordered the bowl lights from her, waited a week and sent a message via Facebook. Next day I got a shipping notice. She never did respond to my message (not even sure if she read it). I would order from her again to be honest. Just gotta give her time. I wasn't as active back before she was banned so I can't say what caused her ban but I assume it was a multitude of reasons. With that, I had no issues with my door bowl lights but others have.

 

Curious on what issues happened with the door bowl lights? Other than ice blue not being so icy, and my driver side harness not wired specifically for my power folding mirrors, I haven't come across one.

 

it what comes with getting niche or fab products. I have a few things from her and most of it has shipped pretty quick with a couple things that are a WTF but for the most part it all shows up. If you do not feel like wiring the plug and play stuff is nice. She has def done a few of the ideas I never got around to. As most mentioned its not her primary gig and much of the stuff in stock or waiting for stock but since not active or they are on a trip the ship date is delayed. Been happy so far outside of all the TW stuff that went down. Try her on IG that has been my best luck contacting her.

I think I read on her website some reviews say they came broken and a few other small things.

 

Ah, i guess that is why. I never read those, seems to always be angry people doing the reviews. Like Meso's site always has "why is this out of stock? 0/10"

 

I can see how she lost in that contest...

 

I got my door bowl lights from them in a very short time. Very happy with the service and product.

 

I have ordered a few items from her. Shipping was quick and no problems with the products. I have not had any complaints so far. A couple of times I contacted her through her website and never received a reply. Seems like IG and other social media is the best way to contact her. In my case I am not on any social media so her website is my only contact.
