    I could but feel like it wouldn't be the same. MissusTooTall leaves Monday for almost 3 weeks in NOLA to bring grandson #2 into the world so I'll have some free time to experiment. May just try and master them while she's gone.

    I like to use Pitfaced Spicey rub on the butts. Pack it on heavy then cook till IT of about 201.
    When I like the color of the bark I like to wrap mine in peach paper and foil then place in a aluminum pan. When unwrapping I catch all the juices to shred the pork in. Cant hardly mess up a but they are very forgiving.
