Picture shows a 5-lugger RWD. You looking for the 6-lugger equivalent? I have a set.

Hahaha the 5-lugger steering rack looks so much easier to change!

I'm actually offering the new set from my truck, removed at 4 months and never off-roaded. I cut up the braces on my old rig as part of the BudBuilt skid modification to improve clearance; they have been moved to my current truck.

Most holes are, worst case you can drill new holes in your slider mounts. Length wise they fit.

PS. One more TuRD gen! El Manuel!

good point i guess i can drill em.

nothing is settled yet and if i can find a somewhat low mileage best gen truck for a reasonable price i will still go that route but holy sh!t you guys werent kidding when you said used prices pretty much force you to go new.
at least they still offer an ACLB 6M. save the manuals.

On the passenger side, there's an extra electrical connector covered behind a black plastic stone guard sitting outside the frame rail. My CBI slider flange cleared it. Another brand with bigger flanges may require trimming the flange or relocating the connector.

On the driver's side, there's a fuel pump ECU bolted to the inside of the frame rail. It interfered with a slider mounting bolt. I made a custom bracket out of Home Depot stock and relocated it (effectively flipping the ECU 180 deg):

The 3rd gen's MT is said to be much improved over 2nd gen.

perfect thanks for that @3JOH22A. the sliders in question here are RCI. i think pretty much everything else i have will fit if i go with the TuRD short of the grill.

Third gen manual is a much better Manuel ;)

You actually get e-brake where it’s supposed to be, not punching dashboard...

I will say selectable lockers like arb are great and all in terms of on demand traction (flip and switch and good to go). However......so much can go wrong.....

-blown fuse and no air compressor=no locker
    -broken line or leak=no locker
    -actuator breaks=no locker.
-clogged or broken component can cause air into axle and cause a blown axle seal....also=no locker

lots can go wrong with both I suppose. The automatic or Centrifugal lockers can see a lot of abuse, but all depends how you drive it I guess. Definitely cheaper....

Everything can break I suppose. Was pretty happy that my rear locker was able to be rebuilt which was cool. $600 in parts but wasn’t $1500 for a new unit. So that’s cool I guess. :frusty:

Well whatever you do... don't look at "Extract Mode" ... your keyboard will get sticky...

And if you want crab mode....
Just take a drive down Barton St and wave a $20 out the window and I'm sure you'll find a nice lady that will give you...
    Ultimate crab mode...

Lol looks like the base model without the toys will be 100K when it hits Canada... Ouch...

I just had a chip in the windshield repaired through insurance yesterday at speedy glass. Today, it is worse than before. They said that might happen but i feel like if I didn't get it done it might have actually not been an issue. Anyone have an experience like this? What am I looking at for windshield replacement?
