    What hasn't been modified?
    I’ve hung a Samsung tab E 8” of it offroad and it’s been fine. I wouldn’t hesitate to put a 10” I pad on it.

    I’ve used an 8” tablet on mine that I use exclusively for off road nav. Lots of rough roads with occasional high speeds. After a while I noticed that the mount has a little play in it vertically. Not a lot, but just enough to notice. My suspicion is that the holes I dialed through the plastic may have oblonged a bit. I’m sure I can take the play out by adding a better price of 2 sided tape and tightening the mounting bolts. It may be specific to washboard roads in the desert but I don’t imagine that would happened if I drove strictly on the street truck.

    yeah if your running a full blown laptop you might want more of a cop computer style mount. I see this mount supporting tablets up too 5-10lbs past that i say it might push it, but i do know ppl run alot off these so i could be wrong if its a newer light weight model i think it would work.
