Tomorrow is my Friday too. I'm finishing my train-the-trainer certification on Friday, so I can teach basic first aid, CPR and AED. I'm pretty excited about this!

 

Sweet. I'm meeting Matt at 5:30 Friday morning to grab the leaf springs and then on to Smyrna for the bumper. I've gotta a feeling I'll be on the road ALL DAY Gonna buy me a winning lotto ticket while in TN though

 

You don't have to register unless it's NFA if you do well there is case law against that. We won a couple lawsuits here from counties that tried that BS. Personally I don't want anyone touching anything and there are laws that protect trusts from grimy hands and I'm taking full advantage. Possession is 9/10 the law anyways.

I've never registered anything. I have had so many guns pass through my hands through buying/selling/trading, trade day finds, estate sales, it's not even funny. I own some that I've filled out the yellow form for, but most are through buying/selling/trading.

 

Right and now they made certain things a rich mans game. Hell a good shooter full auto 22 is 5gs min. I like oldies anyways. C&R is where it's at for me.

 

I'm a revolver, pump shotgun, and lever rifle kinda guy.

 

Yellow form??? We don't have that here just the normal 4473 background check.

 

4473s are what we call yellow forms, because growing up, you had to fill out a yellow 4473 and that's where it got the nickname. I noticed that they are not yellow anymore. Shows how long it's been since I've had to actually fill one out to buy a gun.

Ah gotcha yeah that's not really anyform of registration though that just is a trace of who bought it from what FFL but after that it's states. Yeah I forgot when the 4473 paperwork was required. Now most places you don't even do paperwork it's all computer and instant unless you're getting an NFA item.
