The friend's land I've been hunting on is at game warden training for the next 7 months. I won't be getting any venison this year it looks like.

damn man, we had a couple of those guys over scouting my land with me a couple of days ago due to poachers. they found the antlers but no body so i helped them out and we found the body. probably 2 days old by the look of it. and the got the bullet. helped them out getting it to my place for holding for a couple of hours cause they didnt have a truck. i hope they nail the fucker for sure. sadly i will have to show up for court due to the fact it was on my land and such.

@Speedytech7 you ever deleted a bpv that had a return line?

My 98 4r has 2 lines along the frame rail going to the bpv and one going other axle

I'm going to delete it because my 01 doesn't have one, my 97 buddy doesn't have one, and my 96 buddy doesn't have one and my brakes are really screwy as of now

It's a shit design anyway, stock at full droop, compression, and anything between the bpv's arm was pulled all the way down by the spring attached to the panhard bar

Hope they catch the guy. There's no excuse to road hunt, poach, spotlight, etc. Just like I hope they catch the guy who shot the poor mother black bear down where I'm from.

they will bullet was in nice condition and you can see the barrel grooves perfectly. it was a 300 blackout gun which i have. so they took that for now to make sure it wasnt me. i can pick the gun up tomorrow thanks to my local police who know me and getting everything evidence wise quick. pays to give your local pd stuff lol. me and my gf bring them thanksgiving dinners or summer sausage or something. but im positive on who it is but without evidence i cant do anything. but i setup trail cameras so did the game wardens. i'll check them out ever so often for them to help out. if im allowed to.

That's how all Toyota BPVs are. Plenty of instructions on how to get rid of it. Many folks here have done it with the JEGS and Willwood valves. I just cut the rod short and adjust mine with a screw but I probably can't do that with discs now and get away with it. Lots of instructions on how to replace it with a willwood style manual valve though.

Here's a write up with a Wilwood manual valve replacing a factory 3 line BPV in a LC. Same as the runner and taco one is setup though.

Eh with the rear disks mine is zip tied to the pass side frame rail and it works fine.

If I wasn't lazy I would run new hard lines and delete it for a manual one.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do, the Tacoma master has to go because it has residual valves for drums and makes discs hold pressure and feel spongy. I have to bend some new lines in the engine bay anyway for the new master so I might just do the manual valve to make it easier to to box the frame too.

in theory, yes, but with the big GM calipers I'm running I don't have any issues with drag or pedal feel :notsure:

I had to swap the MC in the jeep though. with 300zx calipers on the rear the residual was enough to cause significant brake drag

My MC swap will be pretty easy, just going to a bolt on 80 series disc master. The 80 has bigger front pistons than a tundra and the same rears as a sequoia thankfully so that's gonna be perfect.

Ok, in the body shop and I get a call while they are inspecting the truck. New job opportunity called they couldn't match my pay (which I knew they wouldn't be able to, which is fine.) But to compensate that they're going to match my 401k by 5% and give me better health benefits than I got right now and more vacation.

That’s decent, I’d go tell your current boss what’s up and see if he counters or tells you to pack your shit

Honestly, I'm done with him and this company. My current schedule was not suppose to last this long and I'm just done. I miss my family and spending time with my fiance. I been on this schedule for over a year now and it sucks. Money is great and all but damn I'm tired.
