He said was outside of the jeep and it popped out of gear rolling over the edge. He tried to hold it from rolling but yanked him into some rocks. A female passenger was inside and was ejected, not life threatening but serious injuries.

well I can see that being an issue but why didnt he use his parking brake when he is parked.. especially on a mountain

    EDIT: QOUTE FROM LINK

"According to the driver of the first vehicle, a red Jeep Wrangler Sport, he stopped, cut the engine and applied the emergency brake before stepping out of the Jeep to assist the driver of the other vehicle in navigating the tricky turn."

How does a car pop out of gear and disengage a parking brake while turned off?

Yeah i saw that in the article and edited my post but now my question is, How does a car pop out of gear and disengage a parking brake while turned off?

I hope the police are asking these questions too...

"However, Warner said the photo may not be real. Lake levels this year and the location of avalanche debris appear to indicate the photo was not taken this year, he said. I can’t tell you definitively,” Warner said."

Either way, I dont like the guy.

Taken this year or not, seems like enough evidence with him standing in water which isn't allowed. Then again after his last hearing which they said "you better not do this again young man..." will just be a fine and to him is just pocket change

I really like the looks of the ARB on the 2014 and and later Tundra. Most other options I've found look very "Bro". In General most Tundra products gear towards the "Bro" crowd.

I'm going to get an ARB for my 2008.

ARB is the best looking bumper for any rig, in my opinion. I would love to put one on my truck but geez the extra length out front would kill me.

Yeah I like the the ARB best but thought I would ask to see if there was a bumper I was missing. I have a ARB on my 07 Taco and that thing has paid for itself over a dozen times with all the deer that sacrifice themselves to my truck.

Its not bad on the 2nd gen tacos, I know on the 2.5gen and newer they get a little ridiculous.
