    A few bolts are different.
WoooHoooo XM added back the Jam channel (56). I also noticed today that they have added new channels and changed some channel names.

So if you have XM What are some of your favorite channels.

    I like Classic rock (46)
    Jam-on (56)
sometimes channel (66) when subsonic is on

I was sooooo close to doing that too but after they added all these channels that they took away a long time ago, I'm good with it again. I thing XM and Sirius are merging??? may be why the channels changed.

^^ yeah, i heard they were merging too, then i heard some stuff against it because they would be a sat. radio monopoly. i think the latest is that its back on though.... we'll see.

somethings going on...i've lost some of my old channels and gained some new ones. i'm not real happy because The Ryhme (65) , 66 Raw (66), and Squizz (48) are either gone, or have new names & DJ's. also missing that i can think of are XCountry (12) Cinemagic (27) and i'm sure there are others. good news is that AC/DC radio is still on! Let there be Rock!

They have already merged, but because of different technologies it will be some time, from my understanding, before they are one entire entitiy.

Sirius also release a new station lineup today.
    http://www.sirius.com/pdf/channelguide.pdf

Also, If you have Sirius they offer "The Best of XM" package so you can get the more popular XM stations mostly the sports stations and Opie and Anthony.

The merge was approved last summer and they are now listed as Sirius XM on the stock exchange.
Sirius now has the xm channels 4-9 for the '40s - '90s. The Joint was added to sirius programming and several other changes occured as well.

Now if the DJ's can just shut up and play the music like they used to do; all will be well. I remember the good 'ol days back in '03 when you would listen to an XM station for 8 hours and hear two 10 second interruptions to identify which station you were on. Now they chime in on most channels to tell you something stupid that happened on TV last week. Who Cares!!

I had XM for a while and I hated it. I generally listened to 66 Raw but that got old quick. I would leave work at 5:00 and on my 20 minute drive home I would be lucky if I heard one song. I couldn't care less about what the dj lady was saying about the place she went the night before. Play some freaking music! I'm back to Sirius and I am very happy with it.

This bummed me out completely because they replaced Fungus 53 with it, I like AC/DC, but they whiped out my favorite channel in the process.

Some of the channels like the AC/DC channel are temporary - they will rotate them out for others over time.

Channel 40 - Deep Tracks - works best for me. Kinda like off-roading places you have not driven in a while. ;)

I appreciate the recent addition of Underground Garage to the XM line-up ...

... but I can't say I like the other XM program changes much so far ...
