For a while now I've been compiling a list of things that I personally believe should never have been invented. These are just my opinions, but feel free to shoot me down if you disagree. I'll back up anything I have on my list. I do not mean to offend anyone.

    Umbrellas
    Band aids
    Safety scissors
    Inflatable mattresses
    Heated blankets
    'Snuggies'
    Heated seats
    Manicures/pedicures
    Skinny jeans
    Chapstick
    Smart cars
    Hand lotion
    High chairs
    'Sippy cups'
    Car seats
    Velcro/light-up shoes
    Vitamins
    Electric toothbrushes
    Uggs/style boots
    Hair conditioner
    Crocs (the 'shoes')
    Wide-ruled paper
One inch vehicle hitches (or vehicle hitches less than 2")
    Tasers
    Electric razers
    Caller ID

    Thoughts?

I disagree with the caller ID. It limits the number of solicitors that trick me into
    picking up the phone.

I think those bluetooth earpieces that people wear around town are in dire need of extinction. I hate it when I am forced to listen to their call while standing in the grocery store , etc.

    EDIT: shake weight...

Duct tape and super glue work way better than band aids - for a fraction of the price. And I can forget about it. With band aids, all I think about is my 'cut', and it makes me feel as though I'm hurt worse than I am.

    Shake weight for sure.

The caller ID is just a personal thing... We have it, and when someone calls from an 'Unknown Number', we don't always answer it, even though I want to. It could be important, or it could not be. But you never know, and I'd much rather answer it than not. If it is nothing important, I can always hang up.

Haha well I don't approve of how they're treated now...kids need to understand that they are not always in control and that they can't always get their way. They need to stop being treated like royalty.

I disagree with chapstick, car seats, safety scissors, and tasers. I never used to use chapstick but you look retarded when your lips bleed. The kids are safer with car seats and safety scissors blah blah. And tasers are in need for people on drugs or drunk.
