KTJO4x4 issues

Not sure where to post this but i cant get feedback on order status from this company. Pre ordered parts in dec and they wont reply to emails. Anyone else having problems with KTJO4X4?

I just ordered door bowl lighting from her on 7/28...it’s scheduled to be delivered by the post office today. I know from experience the preordered stuff is not in stock and takes forever.

Ahh bummer, i ordered the grab handle for my 3rd gen. Really really want the parts but damn it be nice for a status i know a ton of people would like info on the production status.

 

She’s banned here.

 

Part of the reason they got banned from TW and the rest of the family of websites

 

Go to her direct website she has updates on it and can contact her from there. I would post it but don’t want to get involved one way or the other. It’s looking like late fall delivery on these.

 

Her website clearly states when they will be shipped from China and when they're at her doorstep. Mid Septemberish you'll get your grab handle.

*Mold Production - Completed July 8th, 2020.
*Product Production - projected to be completed Week of August 10th - 14th, 2020.
*Shipping by Sea - projected to arrive at my Door Step around September 14th, 2020.

 

Parts are supposed to be delivered to her in early September.

I can't get an answer from her about why my door bowl lights supposedly shipped 3 weeks ago but the tracking info says USPS never had possession of it. She doesn't respond to emails and sporadically responds to text messages saying that USPS was closed due to the election and just wait another week. Now she won't respond to text messages asking for status. I have a few of her products on my truck and there is always some sort of drama involved with her mods it seems. This will be my last mod from her, if it ever shows up that is. I'd highly recommend avoiding her site and finding a company that will actually send you the items you pay for or provide even a basic level of customer service if things are delayed.

 

Buyer beware. There is a reason she got kicked off TW.

Filed a case through paypal, i am over it.

 

There was a post earlier in the grab handle thread that a lot of the parts are now coming together. Since everything is coming from China, there is a lot of delays with manufacturing and shipping.

I waited almost a year for her power folding mirrors. I am confident her grab handles will get here.

The way she sets up pre-orders is like working with a Kickstarter...

 

I preordered the heads up display way back when. Contacted her a while back saying I had moved to a new address and she confirmed she would check back prior to shipping. I’ve since traded in the Tacoma and reached out for an update with no response, then a refund with no response. Tried here and the website. It has been seven months since I reached out about the refund. I guess I’m out that $200.

 

I understand there may be delays, but an email sent to buyers would have resolved that. This is just unprofessional. Ill buy one after once there in stock....

The main goal is just to inform people, i may be out $170 but if i can save someone the loss its worth it.

 

If you paid through paypal and you want to file a claim i would do that, after so many complaints paypal will freeze the account

 

I preordered the drivers side grab handle during black friday last year. Its almost been a year but I am confident it will eventually turn up. I agree, she really should respond to emails so she doesn’t alienate any more potential customers since banned from TW, but the timeline and her posts on instagram and facebook seems it should be here any day now so I will just wait and see. Since I paid for this almost a year ago, theres no filing a claim with paypal at this point so I just gotta be hopeful she will eventually come through.
