Take it apart and change the LED out.

To get the exact same color as the others, you’d probably have to ask the manufacturer how the others are setup.

Update: I took it apart, and found out it has a series of four small bulbs with green plastic surrounding them. I definitely do NOT want to solder something so small the the current equipment I have. Do any of you think it would be easier to replace the bulbs or just find one of the front boards with orange lights already attached?2E2EF944-05C9-497C-920A-338C8CD1D0BF.jpg7F594C89-8257-41D7-8839-21B91AA98EDD.jpg

    Those are LEDs.

    You need to replace those.

I took apart the radio hoping to find some answers and these lights look different, they’re orange bulbs with a clear surrounding and the bulbs are slightly different in size.

I figured that out after a while of research, I just can’t find any orange ones or a CD player that’s got an orange interface.

You can probably just get some amber LEDs to replace those with. You might have to change the current limiting resistors if they're the wrong brightness.

It'll be pretty much impossible to identify the other amber LEDs without a bom or schematic. You can use a meter to measure the forward voltage though, which might get ya close.

You can do it with a soldering iron if you're careful.

Or you could just remove them and have a dark Cd slot. Or just turn the current limiting resistors to the side so it's something you can undo.

So I ordered some amber LEDs but they won’t get here for a while so I’m just going to remove the green ones until my amber ones get here.

Try to note the orientation of the LEDs. Usually there will be a dot or something. That might save you some time.

As fae as soldering goes, if Im using an iron on something like that, I'll alternatly heat both ends of the part quickly, pushing on the part as I do so. If you do it right youll get both solder pads melted at the same time and the part will move out of the way.

I also highly recommend finding a pointy set of tweezers.

Well, now it’s no different than stock when lit up.
