Dealer damaged truck during warranty repair and now they don’t want me back

    How does that happen? I'm sure it's easy to install a part upside down, and I'm sure it's easy for the QC to over look that incorrectly installed part. If it's the driver's side door that's the side that got the vehicle labels on the door jamb. How was the door not operating correctly over looked?

    I had that happen before. Dealership took my truck through their car wash (I always say no but they don't seem to care) and they broke weatherstripping on the roof. Since I watched them do it, they took responsibility and said they would fix it. They scheduled an appointment to replace the weatherstripping and they never actually fixed it at the appointment. Had to glue the stripping on because the tabs broke in their car wash. It was under warranty so I wasn't scammed out of money.

    Edit: At the appointment they literally took the truck and parked it behind the service station for 30 minutes and did nothing to it

    I would take it to a good collision shop and see if they can unfuck the door so it shuts properly.
