Hey everyone. Opinions or ideas needed here. Was thinking of adding either the Baja Designs S2 or Dynamic Diodes SSC2 flush mounted pod lights in the indentation on my stock bumper (not in the market for a new bumper. Yet). Anyone do this? Secure? Not a good idea? I was looking today and on the bottom of the grill (on the inside) seems to be a nice flat surface so now I’m thinking same lights, just not the flush mounted ones mounted there behind the grill. Or the flush mounted ones mounted to the grill.

I think a lot of people blow those little valances off in the snow. Plus that area sees a lot road debris

Diode Dynamics makes a light bar that goes there. I'm sure it's easily doable.

Really? Inside the grill? I don’t see that area seeing any extra road debris compared to where my factory fog lights are or where I put my PIAA Ion light bars below the grill and they stay clean and protected. Just want some more yellow fog light output.

Never do that for an honest mistake. Plus I explain things like a simpleton.
