    Also, I installed Redline hood struts today and changed the oil. The PO should have done that about 2,500 miles BEFORE he sold it to me.

    Speaking of which, I would like to pimp slap whatever Jap engineer decided it would be good to put the filter in the spot it is. Who thought it would be easier to take the front driver's wheel off to get to the oil filter?! :annoyed:

    Taking the wheel off will definitely give you more room but it's accessible with it still on, helps to turn the wheel though. But yeah it's not fun to grab hold of

    I have the Spiker hood struts, same thing really. They rock

    I guess I don't know what you meant by going the @Kwikvette route. Did he put a HAM radio where the clock is?

    Got tagged in the middle of whatever he was talking about so not sure what's going on?

    I've got a double din stereo, so the idea of a ham radio sharing space with a single din radio is out of the question.

    I could use the space below the ash tray but decided against it.

    Ordered a ham radio with detachable face that will go on the dash/windshield just below the grab handle (left of the steering wheel).

    For the meanwhile I use a handheld Baofeng.

    Uses the speed of an encoder wheel to create a scaled analog output voltage from 0-10v.

    Basically a bass-ackwards way of using the speed of one conveyor to control the speed of another that would need to be proportionally slower in this case.

    Its a proof of concept for my boss. This would be a last ditch speed control option on a new machine were installing. Hopefully we can somehow piggy back off the AC drive powering the first conveyor and use it to power the drive for the second conveyor.

    As of the oil filter I'm doing a relocation and reservoir mod. Shouldn't be too hard on relocation but the reservoir another matter.

    @Speedytech7

    how’d that’s fancy 90° thing you we’re going to use for the oil filter turn out?
