Building AKs is not the same as building ARs. It requires a lot of tooling and doing it wrong can cause serious injury. I would recommend having a builder do it for you because it'll save money in the end.

Replaced the unity hot button with the modlite mod button lite. This thing has a tiny footprint yet the button is still big enough to be easily manipulate with either hand. Also only has a 4.5 cable so cable management is a breeze.

Oh nothing as of now just wondering about the minimum required tooling I suppose.
That would be great, I've been doing research on my own but it's a pretty complicated world compared to ARs

I like mine (PERST-4), but I haven't used it under wizard eyes. Last time shooting at night was with thermals and daytime optics+flashlight.

It can get very, very, very bright with some blooming at the higher vis levels.

Sadly haven’t got to use it under goon vision yet, that’ll change next month as long as tnvc’s eta is correct :). There’s a big thread on ar15. com that really swayed me into choosing this over a peq, dbal or mawl.

It’s got some great info in i for sure, have to do some digging. I am glad I waited to order it though. Guys that ordered end of February and March got screwed and took 5+ months for delivery. Mine took 31 days from order to my door so I was happy. Seen some guys in as little as 8 days which is stupid fast.

Also I picked up one of these to cover the laser when not in use. Wish they’d have made something from the factory but this is a cheap/easy fix to keep random debris from getting in.
