Honestly, I’d buy items that’ll help you stay self-sufficient for a while, like tools and parts and materials. I believe we’re going through some cataclysmic shit in the next few years.

Read up on new battery tech. Lithium Ion has reached the end of its patience with big tech, and an improved battery tech has trillions of dollars of applications. If I had a pile of money to bet on the next big thing, I’d learn everything there is to know about new battery tech and find out which company has the most mass-producible, lowest-overhead cost, highest-quality design.

 

I prefer no-load mutual funds. They have done well for me. My worth doesn't justify individual stocks.
