Cool, I was basing if I'd ever try that trail again without an SAS on how you guys did. Looks like Kyle and I were just picking shitty lines all day.

 

I leave my camera in the truck too much, here's some of the good ones I took this weekend. Thanks to everyone who came out. One of the best times I've had in Moab. Thank you @NYCO for organizing rock therapy.

 

I think that's my favorite photo from the last few days. If you LS swapped it, it would be tire smoke instead.

Thanks @NYCO for organizing once again. Stoked you got the road to camp graded for us this year. Bummer you guys had to bail early.

Great to see a bunch of the regulars and a few new faces.

@Wishbone Runner 's truck just worked without fuss all weekend. Well except for a rock jumping out in front of it on camp road. Also gave a few Jeepers on far bigger tires some lessons on wheel speed & crawling. Amplified again by watching a 14 bolt yoke explode under a buggy/Jeep on Chewy because apparently Jeepers don't like picking lines and know only one move: square up & hammer down.

@Winkle99 reminded us how capable stock 1st gens are, even handicapped with 40psi in the tires.

@CGoss your truck impressed me, a bit more approach angle and it would be unstoppable.

@Squeaky Penguin shame not to see the 1st gen back in action, but next year it'll have tons & 40s and we can do Pritchett again.

@In4aride great job spotting a bunch of different trucks. Ash did great and her truck worked well apart for that case of the vapors on rocker knocker. BTW I expect royalties for any of my photos / videos I see in warfab promo materials.

My truck worked as expected. Went up everything I pointed it at except I was bested by rocker knocker again. Mainly because I dont have the stones to stay on the tippy lines. @Wishbone Runner was my secret weapon on son of rock pile .

Staying entirely on the south side and not having to go through town makes Moab way more enjoyable. Still dread that BTR/Pritchett long bumpy exit road.
