Does anyone know if the nut, washers, and bushings off of the rear hitachis will work for the OR rear bilsteins or are they not the same size? I found some bilsteins for sale but they don’t come with the mounting hardware.

People who say this are naive, basically they are referring to the OR that comes with a locking rear differential and CC (crawl control) with the automatic transmission models. People love to assign "value" to those items because they are physical/mechanical "upgrades" that are seen as bringing more function, even if most of the time for most they're never used once.

On the other hand, the sport comes with an appearance upgrade with the hoodscoop and painted flairs/bumper in place or in lieu of the locking rear differential and CC and Each model comes with it's own suspension that is different from all the other trims as well as a ton of other features like PTS (push to start) leather wrapped steering wheel and shifter, upgraded interior coloring, blinkers in the side mirrors, wireless charging, upgraded radio, etc, etc.. so it's really what suits you best for what you're going to use it for.

But no, the OR is not better or more valuable than the sport, they're on the same trim level.

You sir are wrong ... sport and off road are two different trucks one is oriented for off roading and the sport is designed more for street use .

No, they are the same truck.
They are designed with different accessories to appeal to different market segments so Toyota can sell more of them.

They have same platform ...but wouldn’t call it really the same truck because it behaves differently with the the mechanical differences suspension differential and so on .

    Those are minor trim differences.

The 4runner and lexus are the same platform, but different vehicles.

Let's compare two tacos, both V6 4x4 DCSB manuals, one a TRD Sport, the other TRD Off-road.

Same engine, transmission, front diff, front axles, transfer case, drive shaft, rear axle, leaf springs, shackles, LCA, UCA, steering rack, brakes, radiator, headlights, body panels, bed, lights.....

Vastly the same. I'm sorry but shocks, e-locker and brake booster and A-trac don't make it a different truck anymore than the hood scoop makes a sport a race truck.

I switched out my 2015 OR DCSB suspension to an OME heavy front springs with Nitro Sport shocks and Dakar rear leaves and Nitro sport shocks a while back. Definitely much stiffer than the original suspension.

    Working on it ...
For what it’s worth, I have a TRD Sport 4 x 4 DCLB. My wife says it’s the best riding truck (had 3 others) I have ever had. People that ride in it are amazed over how nice it rides. I have to admit, it is the most comfortable truck I have owned.

My 3 other trucks all had locking differentials. Never used it once in any of them. Can’t say I miss it. They were all manual transmissions also. This is the first automatic. All my cars have been manuals. This truck in automatic ... it’s all good there too.
