Well, turns out the Coast Guard didn’t have to rescue us. While my buddy and I were in our underwear trying to push our boat out of the mud in full view of Oakland International Airport - the tide went up enough for me to slam the throttle in full send and we got out of there.

I’m investing in boat towing service.
