Not possible unless you are in cold climate all year, even then your engine is producing heat. It has to have a radiator. Something else is not working such as a blend door

The one when you go from cold to hot on the hvac control.

    Location of said door?
If you are talking about the valve inside engine bay on the firewall, it has been checked and rechecked and double checked

Alright here it goes, I came to this conclusion a year ago. I put it on the back burner. I had done all that has been suggested and more.
I thank all who have responded.
Today changed my oil. Normally I use synthetic. Today I went back to good old dino.
I have heat . My engine is worn out. With synthetic I wasn't producing enough heat . Thermostat would open and close fast . The water in the engine would not get hot enough to need cooling through the rad. The rad never gets hot and the temp progressively goes down. Compression very low across the board. Time for a rebuild

Might be time for a flush and new fluid as well. Don’t know if this was mentioned already.

Did this seriously work? My 96 Tacoma has little to no heat and I tried everything.

Put your hand on the top radiator hose after it's reached operating temperature. If it's hot, your heat should be hot when turned on in the cab. If it's hot, it's not your engine, but your heater core, heater valve, or your blend doors.
