I moved the clocks ahead an hour this morning so the kids would go to bed an hour early tonight.

I didn't think about snow, it's not that time of year here yet

 

We spend the month of October moving their bedtime ahead 15 minutes more each week. This week starts bedtime at 10pm. I'm exhausted.

 

We got about 8” of the white stuff (not cocaine) in town yesterday

 

We get ours in bed anytime between 8:30 and 9:00, they are in the same room so they usually cut up and laugh and sometimes don't go to sleep until after 10. Cole has always been an early riser and was up this morning before my alarm went off at 5:25.

 

It's too early in the year for that mess

 

Howdy Folks

 

I'm in NM for work right now. There's a winter storm moving in, and it's supposed to drop around 6-12" starting tonight into Wednesday. Hoping to finish two tests left today and bug out tonight or tomorrow morning. Otherwise, I'm sure I'll be holed up in the hotel tomorrow.

 

Forgot to mention this.......Friday night I'm in the store working and a lady comes in right before closing with a black shirt/coat thing and a black hat. I've never seen her in a black hat and I didn't really look at her as I was walking back behind the counter but I did say "early Halloween party?" She kinda smirked, as she was leaving I realized she wasn't dressed as a witch and Halloween is a week away

 

Hopefully she wasn’t coming from a funeral.

She actually lives across the street from us and likes to “party” pretty good, her and her fiancé were headed to the bar at the end of the street more than likely. At least she didn’t smell like weed this time when she came in
