Good point. It seems like people tend to over value the low interest rate deals without seeing the actual math.

Okay, so I had to go back and look closer, and what I thought was wrong. What they do have down as "fees" under the loan breakdown is actually fees for warranties, etc. So not a loan fee, but rather a bunch of other fees. I assumed it was a loan fee because I saw similar numbers on my loan from my bank, but after closer examination, it's not that at all.

Surprised that the Extang cover fit. Seems like a good deal. If you don’t mind,

Whats the price before TTL? super hard to answer that with the information given, but right off the bat I would say probably not.

    I'm new to the site.
I'll be ordering a TRD Sport Access Cab right after Christmas. I'll have to order it to get it the way that I want it.
Built price was around $39,800, but since I work at the plant here in Georgetown, Ky. that builds Camrys, Avalons, Rav4 Hybrids, and Lexus ES350s, I get a pretty good discount.

My 2021 TRD OR should arrive in the next week or two. Took a lot of effort to get it configured the way I want it. The dealer was no help 'cuz Toyota USA corporate doesn't give them the right tools. Corporate doesn't seem to want to put access cabs into New England.

2021 TRD OR Access Cab Auto Magnetic Gray Metallic MSRP $40,190 with the following:
    - TRD Premium Off-road package (without tech package)
    - TRD Performance Exhaust
    - Bed Lighting Kit
    - Bed Mat
    - Floor Liners & Sill Protectors
    - Mudguards (remember when they were standard equipment?)

We haven't finalized the OTD price yet. Been with the same dealer in CT for over 30 years, so I'm expecting a fair price. Spent a lot of time with Kevin Hunter's clips on YouTube so I don't expect to get suckered into stuff I don't need or stuff I can do better at elsewhere. Will update this when the paperwork is done.

What real good does this do for your tires when normal air contains 78% nitrogen? Perhaps it helps when you're doing 200 laps at 150 mph+, but for normal on & off-road driving it's just a way to sucker more money out of your pocket.

I was thinking the exact same thing. I’m in South Carolina and although a 4 x 4 would be nice do I really need one? Plus right now my dealer has a ton of two wheel drives and only a few pricier/premium four-wheel-drive’s.

Sparks Toyota in Myrtle does Costco pricing. Although they were trying to add a totally bs $1100 “Southeast Toyota Administrative Fee”(not the $1120 delivery and handling fee which was also charged) and were pretty defensive about it when I questioned it. Never seen a dealer add $1100 for absolutely nothing. Even still, in the current nonnegotiable climate we are in, a Costco price might work out as one of the better deals possible.

Being told by multiple dealers I'd have to order to get what I want in the area. TRD OF DCLB as minimally optioned as they will let me go. Everyone is echo-ing it'd be MSRP if I went that route.
Anyone think I have any luck getting them to budge on a special order? I'm guessing no, which is making the prices I'm getting on Rangers, F-150s, and Gladiators even seem real tempting. I'd love to join the gang, but this truck will be a tool so price is a key consideration.

I am pretty sure you can’t special order your own. When I was talking to the dealer, there are basically a bunch being made or shipped, and the dealers themselves have to try and claim what they can, (more of the high volume dealers get first dibs it seems like). Talk to the dealers, tell them what you want, and they should check their system to see if they can find any OR being made that are similar to the one you want

You are correct, I suppose my wording was slightly misleading. That's why I mentioned "as minimally optioned" since I'm being presented with ones that would include things I don't want or need, but that's just what there is.
I was more curious if anyone is getting any percentage off in these sort of instances. I've been told "MSRP, no dealer fees", which isn't as good as I was hoping for.

Best bet is to just keep checking the dealer lots and hope your model is sitting on one. I think In a few months the lots should start to fill back up again and you will have better options, but honestly anything could happen. I am hoping to buy around Black Friday or in December, so hopefully I have more trucks to choose from and more to bargain with. Good luck
