I started with progressive and they absolutely suck.

Gieco always gives us the best rates.

I’m apparently in good hands with Allstate (that’s what the app tells me). I did the Progressive and Geico routes for a while, but the bundling my house and cars and motorcycles saved a lot.
I’m paying around $400/6 months for just the Tacoma.

All my stuff is through American family. Rates have been better than anything thing else I’ve had quoted (i check every year or two). Comprehensive claims (smashing deer) usually are fairly painless.

    Shamless plug for Farmers.

Ask for OEM coverage if you'd like. It exists.keep in mind it is a premium brand of insurance, so it won't be the cheapest. However they will pay out well in damages.

Stay away from All-State right now. Theyre laying people off like crazy, and are extremely finicky in what they want to pay. Also if damage occurs from an animal( non impact) such as rats chewing wires or raccoon burrowing inside it is not covered.

Don't cheap out. And don't forget your coverages for underinsured and non insured drivers can make a big difference in a bad wreck.
