Remove the balljoint spacer and replace the shocks, they look well, worn.

Since you don't off-road I'd say just stock replacements.

Just get some bilstein shocks, maybe consider replacing springs too, depending on your mileage

We can cross "bumpstops" off the list. Do you see how your LCA is smashed up against your bumpstop? Something is waaaay wrong here.

And to answer your question, probably. I'd guess you'll get pretty close without the spacer and maybe some adjusting of your SPC UCAs. I've been wrong before though. I've just never seen such a long sausage of a ball joint spacer and my eye-estimate would put your UCA in the right range without the spacer.

To be honest, I've never seen this issue before.

Another thing to consider is that your alignment cams have some more downward movement they could take advantage of for bumpstop issues. I'm sure somebody with more knowledge in alignments can weigh in on that. You'd have to realign the whole setup, but it sounds like you're going down that road anyway.

The cams only move in the x axis not the y axis

Almost wondering if those ball joint spacers were on beforehand and not part of the 6" drop bracket kit

It’s a rough country 6” lift kit . Then I got the upper control arms . Inner , outer tie rod , lower control arm bushings and lower ball joint .

    4 run, 2 don't
That is the kit he has, except it has the TRD Bilstein 4600 shocks which are still stock length shocks with spacers on top.

My question is, I wonder if he can easily unbolt it as I'm unfamiliar with install of said kit.

I've heard some DB kits notch the subframe, but wasn't sure if that was all 6 lugs or just 4x4 models.

Doesn't the whole front cross member get cut out and replaced? I don't know much about them either just what I've heard on here when people are looking to undo them, they have to find an original cross member to weld in. Might depend on the kit too I guess

I wouldn’t think you’d have to cut anything unless you’re lowering a diff at the same time, don’t know though
