    Super simple..
    dice one medium head red cabbage (@1/2) chunks
    peel and dice 2 tart cooking apples
    1 cup water
    1/2 cup cider vinegar
    3 TBS butter
    3 TBS sugar
    pinch of salt
    pinch of cinnimon
    put in pot covered and simmer @15 minutes or untill cabbage is tender:thumbsup:
