    Painter here remove from grill. Clean with nice degreaser. Prep with a grey scuff pad. Get all corners real well. Mask any areas you don’t want paint on. Go to your local Bodyshop jobber and they can set you up with a good rattle can finish. They make satin black rattle cans with a hardener. Fantastic for little jobs.

    Now, it sounds complicated than I thought. Lol. I just purchased primer+paint from walmart - I think the brand is rustroleum. Not sure about this one now a
    when you said about hardener

    That should work since you bought it.Just prep and clean it well

    I've seen a few color matched grills, they usually look good. Please do use actual paint, too many people use plasti-dip and it always looks like crap after a month.

    Just stating the obvious, but you will have to mask off the Toyota logo in order for the TSS to work properly. Looking forward to seeing the end result.

    Looking forward to seeing the end result. I am not a fan of the TRD Pro grill, although it looks good I like to be different. I am considering this mod myself. Was also thinking of powder coating mine but I think paint would hold up well if prepped really good
