Called one of the customers who is now going to "call the regional manager and even the CEO if he has to" then gave me 30 days to fix it "or else" since his tool has been taking so long from our 3rd part repair facility. I guess he thinks I give a shit when he's being an asshole. On a completely unrelated note, my phone's screen is now green

 

yeah, that didn't work. I didn't say anything to the guy, just "yes" and "okay".
