Yes we cook it a lot. I usually grill chicken thighs for it.

Did you use chicken thighs with bone and skin? And do you take the bone out and skin off before you cook it? I was going to pick some up today but ended up with chicken breasts instead. Threw it in the pot with some salsa and taco seasoning for some easy shredded chicken for tacos/whatever mexican. I’m going to try the thighs out from now on I think. With bone and skin they are half the price of chicken breasts. I figure it can’t be hard to clean them up or I don’t know if you can just clean it up after cooking or leave it on.

Leave all that on and in. That's why you use thighs, for all that good stuff. Breasts suck compared to thighs, no lies.

Fatty cuts are better for this type of cooking, for sure.

Chubby cheeks are for keeps, leave the breasts for the rest

I used 1/2 bone-in skin-on thighs (bought) and 1/2 breat tenders (because I had them in the freezer). Left skin and bones for flavour!

Yeah, the breasts can get kinda dry, even in a slow cooker.

Boneless skinless chicken breast should exclusively be battered and deep fried just sayin

Eh, chicken parm is a good use, or buffalo chicken dip. It has it's place. I'm not a huge dark meat fan to be honest.

Chicken parm is like a distant cousin of battered and deep fried like he comes around at thanksgiving and maybe a family reunion and if he does something good and the newspaper runs a story, fried chicken is like "hey, that's my cousin!"
... Not a fan of dark meat... Hmm I might venture someone in that position doesn't care for any food on a bone, and prefers steak cooked at least to medium and hates mayonnaise... But that would be stereotypically of me based on my biases and previous experience with uncultured people... Im kidding btw

I'm so like "my way is right and your way is wrong!"

But really if you pull your steaks after 125 or your pork chops after 138, you're dead to me. And spam rules :luvya:
