I have a 2018 on a 4 inch DB lift and 315s on stock trd pro rims.

long story short I ate through tires so I got SPC UCAs to get a proper alignment. I took it too 4wp and they “aligned” it and made it worse than before. What are your caster camber and SAI values?

Bought my cooper stt pro 315s 2 weeks ago road fine but I havnt had an alignment in a bit and wheel often so I said might as well with the new set. Pressure is whatever it’s rated for, I thought about dropping it a bit. It rode fine prior to alignment it’s just much worse after the alignment.

As a Hunter certified master alignment technician, I can tell you those numbers should not cause a pull of any kind. I'm not saying it doesn't pull, but if those numbers are correct, the vehicle should not pull either direction. You need AT LEAST one half of a degree of difference of camber or caster, to cause an alignment pull. I would guess there is something else going on, likely a tire issue, or possibly a brake issue.

Did it pull before alignment, or start immediately when you picked it up? Did they test drive after the alignment? The easy thing to check is to swap front tires L to R, R to L. If it follows, it's tires. Next check brake calipers, hoses, rotors for signs of overheating.

I see some others have commented while I was typing. -edited-

hmm. well your numbers shouldn't lead to that. and SAI isn't the problem here unless there's something else like damage, but that wouldn't suddenly be there, right?

how many miles since this new alignment? if only a few miles, then by looking at your 'before' alignment numbers, my guess is your tires are quite scrubbed from that alignment making them grip unevenly, and those are seriously grippy on a dry road. if it was me and this is all i knew, i would check that all pressures are even, flip the tires and assess... or just give it some miles on the highway to see if scrubbing the tires down with this alignment helps.

I could tell within 30 seconds of being in the car. Funny enough my dad drove it Sunday and said “the truck drives like it’s brand new”

Those numbers aren't bad. But I would get some difference between the left and right caster to account for road curve. It's definitely not worse.

since the new alignment? 200 miles on dry road would likely settle that issue down if it's from uneven tire wear..

    4WP don't do trucks? HUH?
They, 4WP, are a dealer for SPC https://www.4wheelparts.com/b/specialty-products/_/N-1yza7gt so drop the shop name, location, and the dudes that worked on your truck and ask SPC if they would call them.
