Tires have 200 miles on them
New Alignment has less than 20 miles

that "caster crown split" is some old school overrated bs. not necessary, how many miles do you ride leaning off the crown versus how many miles do you drive on normal roads? even caster is the way to go if you like your driving. i can steer, don't need contrived compensations.

Man is complaining about pulling...caster adjustment causes pull

Toe and caster are important to tire wear so that's the major important part. I had an IFS lifted Jeep KJ that had quite a bit of pull because the caster just couldn't be adjusted much more.

ok then I'm saying either give it some miles or you can assess now by swapping left & right if those tires allow it. either way double check your pressures.

Also, and I know this sounds dumb, but make sure you are doing your testing on a calm day/no wind, and on a variety or roads. Those two factors can have a profound effect on the way a vehicle tracks down the road, especially if modified.

    Roger that.

As far as your alignment goes, i've noticed coming from a small civic, that this truck will 'wonder' all over the road. if the road is slightly tilted in one directions, the truck will sway that way. I'm not sure if it's the heavier tires or what. I also thought my alignment was jacked.
From my experience, i cannot tell a difference if my tires are ~5psi off - i don't notice any pull

Can you describe how the tires are being ate up?
315 wide on 7" rim; is that right?
    What tire? Aspect ratio?

EVEN caster, and EVEN camber will not cause a pull. Toe will not cause a pull either, it is a wear angle, and can cause twitchy response on turning. Toe can also be used to dial in turn in, but that's a race thing.

Think about top fuel dragsters, they have incredible amounts of caster, but they go straight down the track. That is actually due to the massive amount of caster, it makes the car more difficult to turn away from center.

I had duratrac 315s on the trd pro rims I think it’s a 7.5 inch rim. They would wear extremely unevenly even with routine tire rotations. When I got my new tires ( 315 Cooper stt pros) I was told they can’t align it properly unless I get adjustable control arms. So I had them put the tires on I ordered the SPC control arms and drove around as it was with stock UCAs as I waited for the SPC to come in and it drove pretty well. SPCs come in I put them on and it drives alright still. I get it aligned today and after I picked it up it pulls crazy right.

SST Pros are infamous for radial pull to the right.

agree mostly but toe adjustment is not just a race car thing regarding turn-in and turning generally. even our trucks can be sensitive to toe, mine is super sensitive to it due to front end reinforcement and firm tires. i am currently on 0.015 toe in and it's not enough for me on the highway, bumping up to 0.025 or 0.03 per side even next week. but of course i literally modded the truck around my targeted alignment.

Just strange I had no issues with it or it got a lot worse with it aligned. No butt dyno BS like super noticeable. Typically I don’t care about clanks noises and pulls but this is like I could die.

same as Maxx's? i haven't followed the STT's but being a Cooper fan and occasional STMaxx runner i do know about the Maxx's. i had what most everyone around here diagnosed as the Maxx radial pull to the right and that turned out to be incorrect. after changing tires twice through Cooper who honored my request to change, i found out from them that the actual diagnosed radial pull is surprisingly uncommon... so said Cooper. it's typically a setup or scrub issue.

7.5" wheels with 315's... this truck is not setup correctly.
