Question for anyone that knows. On the Taco Tunes harness, from what I’ve found in this forum, they have two set of purple output lines; one goes to the speaker and one would be used for a sub. From what I know, subwoofer amps (kicker hideaway to be specific) need two channels for input. How is everyone connecting that single output to a double input? Just connecting the two inputs as though they were one (i.e twisting the wires together)?

Also, is it ok to simply use the high level (bare speaker wire) or should I use a line out converter of some sorts? Any links to one that I can just attach speaker wire to and then plug in RCAs?

Tried to get some help from taco tunes; their customer service is complete crap. Lol

My guess is that it’s the same wire split just for signal. But that’s just a guess

Thanks for the input. I ended up just tapping into both of the front speakers. Figured if I was running one I might as well run two. :)
