    When we did 4/3 I had Fri, Sat, Sun nights off. It's super nice.
    Now I've got Fri and Sat nights off. Still nice but only having two days off on nights sucks.

    The only reason we are getting this “bonus” is Bc we are working 128 hrs on top of our normal shifts. It’s just a draw to cover staffing.
