I've been searching for an alternative to the Rally fog light harness in the event I have to go to Plan B. I ordered from Rally, but there has been a delay for unknown reasons and if it falls through with them I'd like to have an alternate sitting in the wings. I haven't found any PnP harness's that will work with the H11's.

I've never seen a solid conductor in a vehicle wiring harness. OEM or aftermarket. It's always stranded wire. You'll be less than happy snaking/ running #10 solid wire.

Solid wire is in the book of No when it comes to automotive wiring. I prefer to use marine grade tinned/stranded wire. It's finely stranded making it very flexible. Solid wire doesn't work well in environments that are subjected to extreme vibrations.

No solid wire in a factory harness, ever.

Ok let me correct my statement. I should have said it feels like there using solid wire it’s definitely a heavy duty harness

No need to make one. My ordered harness is in transit and should be here Monday.
