    There are only two colors... "black" and "gray". If you have a TRD Sport and you ordered "gray", you're getting the wrong color.

    LOL, been trying to contact KTJO to change handle color for 6days now with no response. I'll probably end up asking Paypal to HELP me get some cs support or cancel order. I tried their phone lines and they/she must have cleared the phone mailbox as it's no longer "filled" and was able to leave a message. Man, I tried phone, email, website messaging to no avail.

    Sorry about the trouble. You're probably in good shape until the 12th, when the parts are supposed to arrive at her location?


    It is unfortunate that we get these tidbits of info and only after a deadline expires. I would like to know if the parts shipped on the 20th?


    I don't have a FB or IG account, but that seems like your best bet, unfortunately.


    I am pretty confident that we will get the parts. Just more waiting versus info.

    I'm guessing no one has installed one of these drivers side a pillar handles yet since they are just being shipped but does anyone know what the handle attaches to? More specifically, does it bolt to the structural pillar or just the plastic cover?

    KTJO has test mounted the handle a few tines and there are pictures of this on her facebook. It attaches to the structural pillar using the existing bolt threads at the top and either a rivnut or speed nut to hold the bottom bolt. (The hole is there just not threaded) All mounting hardware to be included.

    I'm trying to cancel/refund my Grab Handle order thru Paypal. Looks like they sent a message to KTJO.
    Looks like I'll end up with the wrong color Grab Handle as I've no means communicating with this Company.

    Keep trying. Like I said, you have until they get shipped locally to change. With the late ship date from the factory, that will be mid-November-ish.


    Just a question. Are you including your order number in the messages, esp the subject line? If so, that puts the onus on KTJO 4x4.
