There are a couple fixes there. The TSB tune is pretty good. OVT doubles down on that?

Just under 4 hours the day I went. There were multiple vehicles for the same fix.

Checked my VIN and it says no open recalls. Not sure of the exact build date, but I got the truck in April.

Mine only took four hours. The shuttle picked me up an hour early because they really wanted to show me the new stock. "Its got carplay, bro!"

My Taco made in Texas 5/19 previously was not in the recall. Just put in my VIN at NHTSA.gov site and now its in for the recall with this latest batch. No issues yet though.

Shhhh. Let the pearl clutching and hair rending crew bitch about Toyota. Let them ignore that this is happening over several brands.

Oh, and let the same crew worry about it not being fixed right and no fix being available....for fuck's sake, this subforum has the average IQ of about 70. Maybe the whole mess will migrate over as a subforum to NASIOC.

The mods had it right. This whole subforum should be moved to the Dumbgeon.

I'm in the same position. But guess what? I ain't gonna worry about it

When my turn comes up for replacement, I'll deal with it.

Until then I'll move along as normal. Life is too short to worry about crap that we have no control over.

Absolutely, just got back from driving it on a 600 mile round trip. If the fuel pump ever does quit I’ll pull over before she stops in lieu of just sh*ting my pants. Been around too long and been there before to be skeered :D

I have a third gen and a fifth gen T4R. Both are affected...both were fixed. As a third gen owner who loves his truck I can honestly say that this subforum is a train wreck. Over four pages we have already discovered a deep throat conspiracy, determined there is no fix, determined there IS a fix, and despite having access to the expansion of the recall....still have a thread littered with stupid postulations and pontifications. Be better 3rd Gen, be better. Great truck, horrible representation on this forum.

In the meantime, how many third gen subforum members mewling and squawking can create the same fucking thread covering the same bad information over and over again on a daily basis?
